Returns & Cancellations

Because our collections contain seasonal living products sourced and curated in limited quantities, all preorder sales are considered final once inventory has been secured.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund unless the order has already entered processing or fulfillment.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We carefully inspect every order before shipment. If your collection arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the packaging and product
  • a brief description of the issue

Approved claims may qualify for:

  • replacement product
  • store credit
  • partial refund at our discretion


Living Product Disclaimer

Our flower tubers are living agricultural products. Bloom performance and growth results may vary based on:

  • climate
  • soil conditions
  • planting methods
  • weather
  • watering and care

Because of the nature of living products, we cannot guarantee bloom results or offer refunds for unsuccessful growing conditions after planting.


Returns

Due to the perishable and seasonal nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns once orders have shipped.

Shipping Delays

Rooted & Ready is not responsible for carrier delays, weather interruptions, or delivery issues once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
