Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

During seasonal launches, preorder periods, or high-volume releases, processing times may be extended.

Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has shipped.


Preorder Shipping

Many Rooted & Ready collections are offered as seasonal preorders.

Preorder items will ship during the estimated shipping window listed on the product page. Shipping timelines may vary slightly depending on seasonal harvest timing, weather conditions, or supplier availability.

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, products may ship separately.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.

At this time, Rooted & Ready ships within the United States only.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please allow carriers time to update tracking information after label creation.


Delivery Delays

Rooted & Ready is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • weather
  • carrier disruptions
  • incorrect shipping addresses
  • lost or delayed packages once accepted by the carrier

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.


Seasonal & Living Product Notice

Our products contain living flower tubers and seasonal agricultural products. Upon delivery, customers should open and inspect their order promptly and store products according to provided care instructions until planting.
